A celebration of authentic regional cooking, carefully prepared ingredients and the flavours that shape the Vali experience.

We are delighted to welcome you to Vali and to experience our extensive range of wonderfully crafted dishes. We have many of your firm favourites alongside a careful selection of chef's specialities, all beautifully prepared and remaining true to the regional cuisine of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan.

Each month, we like to share a little of what's cooking in our minds and ovens. Our dishes change frequently, we're always learning about regional cuisines, new techniques and, most importantly, what our customers prefer to find on our menus.

The variety of starters and accompaniments chosen by our chef combine to create a glorious fusion of flavours and the exotic palate of the sub-continent to complement your main course.

All the dishes we have are made to order, so some dishes will take more time than others – please enquire if necessary. All our dishes are prepared with extra care, using the finest ingredients and an authentic combination of spices, under excellent hygienic conditions.

Our approach to healthy eating demands that no artificial colours, stock or food additives are used in our dishes. Indeed, most of the spices we use are freshly ground in our kitchen.
